New Members Welcome! Come Try Us Out. Let's Have Some Serious Fun

A Volunteer Community Orchestra in Winston-Salem, NC

From classical to modern, the volunteer musicians of the SCO strive for a high level of musical performance, but never forget to have fun. We seek musicians of all ages who like to play a variety of musical styles ranging from intermediate to fairly advanced levels of difficulty. It may be the perfect musical outlet for home-schooled musicians looking for a group to join, professionals in other fields looking for a creative outlet, amateur musicians, retired professional musicians, and many others. Peter Perret, our Musical Director and Conductor, is a professional musician of the highest caliber who is giving back to the community. In keeping with our goals, we offer free concerts and seek to enrich the lives of musicians and audiences of all ages. We rely on donations to enable our outreach to continue. As we are a registered nonprofit organization, all donations are tax deductible.
